Return & Exchange Policy (Egypt Only)

• Instant Returns & Exchanges: If the item doesn’t fit or there is an issue, you can return or exchange it immediately with the courier upon receiving your order.

• No Returns After Courier Leaves: Once the courier has left, returns will no longer be accepted.

• Return Shipping Fees: In case of a return, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees.

 

Refund Policy (Egypt Only)

• Cash on Delivery Orders: If you return an item with the courier upon delivery, you will still need to pay the shipping fees.

• Credit Card Payments: Returns are available. Once the item is handed back to the courier, notify us, and we will process your refund after deducting the shipping fees.

Orders Outside Egypt

• Please note that for all international orders (outside Egypt), returns and exchanges are not available.

• All international orders must be paid in full in advance—Cash on Delivery is not available.
